Admission Criteria

The admission criteria of MediCampus Europeo are designed to identify applicants who are prepared for university-level study and who demonstrate the motivation and aptitude required to succeed in a rigorous medical programme.


MediCampus Europeo welcomes students from diverse educational systems and international backgrounds. The Admissions Office aims to build a student body that reflects this diversity, fostering an academic environment in which students learn collaboratively and grow as members of a global medical community.

General Admission Requirements

Admission requirements may vary depending on the applicant’s nationality and educational background.


- Applicants from EU countries must meet the secondary education requirements that grant access to university studies in their home country.

- Applicants from non-EU countries are advised to contact the Admissions Office to verify recognition and eligibility of their secondary school qualifications.

Admission Process – Made Easy

1. Submission of Application Documents


You can easily apply through our Online Application Form.


Applicants must submit electronic copies of:

- A valid Passport or Identity Card

- The completed and signed Online Application Form

- Leaving Certificate / Secondary School Diploma (or current final-year certificate, if applicable)

- Official secondary school transcript, including grades in Chemistry and Biology (or Natural Sciences, where applicable)


These documents enable the Admissions Office to initiate the pre-selection review.



2. MCE Admission Assessment

The MCE Admission Assessment is conducted entirely online (approximately one hour) and includes:


- Evaluation of submitted academic documentation

- A motivational interview


Following successful completion of this stage, applicants may receive a Conditional Offer of Admission.



3. Conditional Offer

By accepting the Conditional Offer of Admission, applicants secure their place in the programme and proceed to the final stage of the admission process.



4. Final Academic Validation

The final stage consists of a Final Academic Validation conducted in accordance with the academic regulations of Trakia University, the awarding institution of the programme.


This validation confirms academic eligibility and includes:


Day 1 – English Validation

- Reading comprehension

- Vocabulary and grammar assessment

- Essay writing

- Oral interview


Native English-speaking applicants are exempt.


Day 2 – Biology and Chemistry Validation 

- Multiple-choice assessment

- 50 questions in Biology

- 50 questions in Chemistry

- Four answer options per question


The validation process can be completed entirely online.

Final Acceptance & Enrolment

Upon successful completion of the Final Academic Validation, applicants receive a Final Acceptance Letter.


To complete enrolment, applicants must submit the original or officially certified hard-copy versions of their academic documents in the required format (e.g. certified and apostilled where applicable), including:


- Leaving Certificate / Secondary School Diploma

- Official secondary school transcript, including grades in Chemistry and Biology (or Natural Sciences, where applicable)

- An Eligibility letter issued by the secondary school confirming that the applicant is entitled to pursue university studies in the country where the diploma was awarded

- Four (4) passport-size photographs


Enrolment is formally confirmed only after verification of the above documentation.
